Our rooms
Our boutique bed & breakfast consists of seven spacious bedrooms and a one-bedroom cottage, each with its own unique charm. A good night’s sleep is imperative, and to ensure this, all our rooms have emperor Hypnos beds, comfy mattress toppers and feather pillows and duvets. All bathrooms have rainfall showers, some with free standing baths, complete with botanical Bramley toiletries.
We hope you will find all you need to make your stay both memorable and relaxing, including tea and coffee making facilities with some delicious home-made treats to enjoy, a smart 32" flat-screen TV, and complimentary WIFI. All our rooms come set up as double beds as standard, but all can be twin on request. Just let us know when you book should you require a twin.

Finisterre
Finisterre is our most spacious room set in a converted annexe adjoining the main house, with high ceilings and the original beams, providing character and charm. Access to the suite is from the gardens, via a small glass and stone staircase, offering guests that little bit of extra privacy. The bedroom has an emperor Hypnos bed and a lovely dressing area. The modern en-suite bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in shower and a separate bath. The lounge area provides the perfect space for relaxation after a long day exploring.

A beautiful and generous double aspect bedroom on the first floor of the main house, with views overlooking the gardens to the south and the courtyard to the north. Benefitting from high ceilings, the room is spacious and airy with an impressive bathroom. Like all our rooms, a comfy emperor Hypnos bed is the perfect setting for a good night’s sleep. The bathroom features a large free-standing bath along with a generous walk-in rainfall shower.

A bright and spacious one bedroomed self-catering holiday cottage. All on one floor and situated to the rear of the Manor House with far reaching views towards the estuary. The spacious lounge diner with a cosy log burner for the cooler days and a small private patio to soak up the evening sun.
