We prefer not to charge for cancellations but may do so if we can’t resell a cancelled room. Cancellations must be received by us at least 14 days prior to your planned arrival date for B&B rooms and 28 days prior to your planned arrival date for any self-catering accommodation.
If you cancel within 14 days of your arrival date, (28 days for self-catering accommodation) then we will take all reasonable steps to re-let your room. If we are unable to do so, then regrettably we will charge the full amount of your stay to the card details given at the time of booking.
If we do re-let the accommodation at a lower rate then we will charge you for the shortfall.
In view of this we strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance.
